MAHAK rATHEE
Mahak Rathee is currently practicing as an advocate in Delhi and is also actively handling various arbitrations as counsel and Tribunal Secretary. She is one of the founding members of ADR HOC, which is established with a vision to promote ADR as a means of dispute resolution. She has various publications in her name. She has also been awarded with GAJE Mexico and GAJE Indonesia Scholarship for her commendable work in field of legal aid and awareness.
Niteesh Kumar Upadhyay
Dr. Niteesh Kumar Upadhyay is an Associate Professor of Law at Galgotias University. he is also a Research Advisor at South Ural State University, Russia. He has done his LLM and Ph.D. from WBNUJS, Kolkata. At the college level, he has won various awards. He has also presented papers at various national and international level seminars and conferences. His numerous works have also been published in various journals. He is the founder of knowledgesteez. In the year 2015 he was awarded with the title of social change maker 2015, and Young Humanitarian Award 2017.
